Broken paint after Baking

When I decimate the object (body) I mask the lips area to protect the lipstick. It still looks good after UV unwrap.

But after color baking, this happens.



When I use Blender for color baking, I get the same exact result. What should I do to fix this?

Do you have the head and full body mesh on a single UV? If so that will be due to pixelation as the mouth will take up such a small area

Try keeping the head to a uv of its own

Texture resolution is simply too low.
Or the UV around this area should be way bigger in the texel space.

You don’t have that control of UV control in Nomad though.
