I am a Korean user who has been using the Nomad Sculpt PC version very usefully and with great satisfaction. Thank you for creating such an amazing tool.I would like to kindly suggest two features for future updates.
First, I would greatly appreciate a feature similar to ZBrush’s Bend Curve function. I believe this tool would be extremely helpful for hair modeling and would significantly improve workflow efficiency.
Second, I would like to ask about the possibility of a more affordable remesher option for the PC version. Unlike the iPad version, which includes Quad Remesher, the PC version’s remesher is relatively more expensive. If there could be a more budget-friendly remeshing solution, it would be very helpful for users like me.
While you cant bend an existing mesh like with zbrush Bend curve, Nomad sculpt has better curve features for sculpting hair or to do anything curve related. These features are Better than Zbrush curve tools. I would suggest to look into the docs or some tutorials.
Just A quick question on Quad Remesher. Will that be available for android anytime soon? At this time I take my hi-poly into Maya and use the Quad Draw tool as I have sub for Maya. the price for the Remesher tool is quite high for PC. It’s almost the same price as my sub to the Substances collection.
Maybe take the model into Blender and finalize the topo there. Just something to think about.
Oh well. too bad. I was looking at the out-put on some of the assets they had quaded out. I’m too much of a stickler for smooth surfaces, I would have to rework a lot of the line flow from their posted results. It would have been nice to try and see if I could get a better result then what I’m getting from Maya. Thanks for the update
