a way to align vertically or horizontal or at guizmo’s center, multiple object would be helpful

It’s currently possibly to use the Gizmo settings to recenter the object or centre the object in the world. I’d kill for an align to object, which may be something that could be developed onto the new Node system in update 1.66. We shall see 
A method of aligning an object onto a face (for example), is to modify the pivot point by eye (unfortunately) and then use Insert Clone the object & snap it to the selected surface. The snap always happens with the green axis aligned to the normal direction of the face you’re snapping to. Hope these tips help.
