Adding 2d "drawing planes" for 2d-3d objects

Would it be possible to add a way to “draw” an object (using a Bezier tool or pencil-of-sorts) and actually make it into a 2d-3d model. Stop me if its already possible…

The only exact example I can give is Feather3d (if Nomad Sculpt can do THAT and export it as a 3d model… I would be shockingly impressed). PS: Feather 3d is NOT available on PC, and they have zero plans to come to PC or Mac anytime soon (the gap is there).

Some people tell me that “Grease pencil” can do stuff like this… me… I don’t know. I’m NOT a Blender user, so I wouldn’t know or care.

If Nomad Sculpt can add invisible 2d “planes” like the system in the system Feather 3d has… we would be unstoppable. It’s already a great app as it though.
