Check this link Beta test for iOS 1.66 (TestFlight) - #6 by stephomi but I guess is closed now

Be patient and wait. Stephane has said countless times that it will be released soon. This poor guy is being hounded daily. We all want it, just give him a little time to work out everything on his end.
