2d plane geometry for tube tool

The curve repeater breaks apart geometry so it would be nice if the tube tool could allow for 1 or even just two sided planes for making it easy to set up hair card like things.

Right now 3 sided geo is the least you can use, so you have to validate and split out the unwanted faces which kills the flexibility of using non validated flexible tubes.

Can already do it, use profile and disable « closed ».

turn that option off, tubes now have an open side.
