Maybe if you DON‘T use symmetry and you want to stamp a left EYE but the alphas are only right eyes then you can’t do this.
So a flip / mirror option would be nice.
Maybe a negative scaling value…

I’ve created an AI-powered app to view and flip EXR files for VDMs; it’s a temporary solution until this feature becomes available in Nomad Sculpt. You can use this app to open EXRs exported from ZBrush, as it even includes an option to adjust ZBrush exports. I hope you like it.
