im having problems with the trim tool (ellipse). when i try to use trim tool it only trims the back of the object.
something May have changed in your settings, have you tried opening a new sculpt and trimming on a primitive, Iām having no problems with the trim tools.
Maybe try to reset the tool, it could help.
