Title: Nomad Windows license: what exactly am I buying, and do future updates/upgrades cost extra?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get a clear answer on the Windows version of Nomad Sculpt before I buy it.

From what I can tell, Nomad uses a one-time purchase model, and I’ve also seen mention of auto-updates. What I can’t figure out is:

What exactly is included when I buy the Windows version?

  • Do future updates and upgrades come with the purchase, or are some of them paid separately?

  • Is there any limit on how long I’m entitled to updates?

  • If there is a major version jump in the future, would that be included or treated as a new purchase?

I’ve looked around but haven’t found a clearly stated official answer, so I’d appreciate any clarification from the developer or from users who’ve already bought the desktop version.

No plan for major version though, that’s just in case.

Thanks very much for your reply! This is where a competitive software got me. A new major release basically meant I had to pay all over again. And it was a lot more than Nomad! Cheers.
