I’ve notice since upgrading to the latest version when using the spotlight the outer ring will vanish or parts of it. See screen shot. This is just a brand new scene with just the spot light and sphere. As you can see the right 3rd of the outer ring is gone. The more you turn the light the more it will vanish or reappear. It’s like something is in front of it.
