A small slider for masking that would allow you to increase or decrease the masking boundary would be a nice addition. Activating it would then allow you to increase or decrease the size of a masked area. To distort a mesh, you could then select a portion, modify it, expand it, modify it again, expand it further, and modify it again. The blur effect is great, always very useful, but it remains fixed in one place…

The Grow and Shrink Mask feature request has been around for years, and honestly, we’ve all been wishing for it. It would be such a fantastic addition!

That would be great especially for bending stuff bit by bit so the surface wouldn’t be shattered, like a smootg gizmo bend for a torso or something.
