Dear Nomad Sculpt Support Team,
I am writing to formally apply for a full refund of my Nomad Sculpt purchase.
I bought this app for my iPad hoping to do 3D sculpting work, but the software is completely unusable on my device. Nomad Sculpt lags severely and crashes randomly every few minutes no matter what operations I perform. I have tried restarting my iPad, reinstalling the app, clearing storage and closing all background apps to fix the crashing issue, yet none of these troubleshooting steps worked. I cannot finish any basic sculpting work due to constant unexpected shutdowns.
I previously submitted a refund request through Apple’s official refund channel, but Apple rejected my application. Since the app fails to run normally and cannot deliver the core functions advertised, I have no practical way to use this software at all.
