I have a question… when I exported an obj file to other applications I get a notification: Errors detected whilst building the
mesh, please fix them in order to be
able to use it:
Non-manifold edges detected, at least
one edge is shared by more than two
faces. Can it be fixed within the app? If possible, how?

Go into Display Settings, scroll down to Hole-filling; tick fill non-manifold.

No it won’t fix the problem.
A mesh with a hole can still be manifold.

The only way is to use the voxel remesher.
