Reminds me of ‘Rubber Johnny’ by Aphex Twin & Chris Cunningham
found a silly Carlos MIB-ish design in one of his sketchbooks, had a go translating it into 3d. my 9 year old son helped with the color and final render, he insisted on driving all the saturation and slimy qualities up to maximum.
Some Jonathan Fletcher inspired work, and a motion test. I merged and prepped the meshes in nomad, sculpted the facial blendshapes, rigged in Houdini using Glycon to capture body motion and Facecap for face anim.
Finished this little motion test, realised some of the blendshapes weren’t connected, redid the motion, added audio.
