Mask by topology (like zbrush)

Hello, I need to mask along the topology of an animation mesh (human).

In ZBrush I would enable a transpose line, then while holding down control (mask) I would drag LMB along the surface of the mesh. The mask begins and follows where I am dragging according to the edge loops. For instance the mid-thigh: If I drag down the mask appears on everything above my cursor and as I drag down the mask increases in size following the topology. Example 2: The mouth and lips. If I drag up over the lips the mask would follow my curse and as I cross the lip separation I stop, the result being the bottom lip completely masked and allows me to then sculpt on the top lip and protect the bottom lip.
