Losing Textures-Mac Version

THE PLATFORM: MacOS
NOMAD APP VERSION: 2.9.3

Working with textures and reproject from itself. I use the texture to extract on the object to get a new mesh. Then I invert the mask to get a mesh from the inverse of the mask and while it appears fine in Matcap, when I switch to PBR, the second mesh disappears. The texture also automatically clears from the material palette. Macbook pro M4 Max chip. Btw, works just fine on the iPad version.
