How to preserve nice edges when subdividing meshes?

OK, so I want to create a window in sphere by subtracting another smaller sphere from it. The problem is, even when subdivided most as I can before crashing, the edges are jagged.

Is it possible to have pixel perfect edges in Nomad and in sculpting tools in general?

Do you have smoothing turned on in Materials?

When you remesh it sometimes does that if the resolution is low. Sub divide and remesh work diff. If you remesh a sub divided object with a low remesh res it does that. I wouldn’t subdivid the sphere I would remesh the object at a high res then make the cuts. That might work for you.
