Help with design of grillz/teeth Jewelry

I started using Nomad to design jewelry mouth pieces/grillz, I figured everything out pretty well but im confused on if the size and volume of what im getting is correct. Using jewelcalc.app i get the below info(volume+weight). Is this model correct and if not what am i doing wrong? And how can i correct this for the future.

Just saw this video this week, maybe there is info there that you can use.

Looking at your JewelCalc results, I see a couple of things you should check:

Multiple Parts: JewelCalc shows 3 separate parts instead of one solid model. This usually means your pieces aren’t properly ‘Booleaned’ (merged) into a single mesh in Nomad. You can click on each row in the JewelCalc table to see exactly which part turns a different color, this will help you identify the ‘floating’ pieces.

Thickness & Weight: Based on the total weight shown, your grillz seem very thin.

Clean Up: To remove tiny ‘ghost’ artifacts, try using the ‘Filter Small Parts’ option in JewelCalc’s Advanced Settings.

Try merging everything into one solid mesh and check your wall thickness.
