Family Sharing in Android?

Hi there, I tried buying the in app purchase for Nomad Sculpt and restoring it on my son’s tablet (who is in my Family Plan on Android). It would not restore. I also could not find Nomad Sculpt in the Family Shared apps section of the Google Play store.

Does Nomad Sculpt support Family Sharing on Android?

I think family sharing is only for paid app, not in-app purchase.
