I am considering to buy Nomad Sculp, but would like to know if the app itself supports iOS family sharing. More precisely, whether my wife is going to be able to use it on her iPad (different Apple ID, but same family). The description in the App Store is rather vague…

Yes, it does. My kids are able to use it on their iPads from my purchase.
how? i have family sharing turned on on both devices and can not seam to figure it out. i also have family sharing turned on and setup.
In the App Store on your fam member’s device, tap on the profile pic > Apps & Purchase History > now select your profile (or the account that purchased Nomad) > search and scroll for Nomad > Download
