I recently find my self working extensively with the falloff’s.
I know you fancy a clean organized UI

I too have the need for a faster and ever changing falloff ability. Cutting down from 2 clicks to 1 would help retain my focus flow. Though personally I would love to have another slider to blend between pinch to wide falloff though.
A second feature idea could be in the falloff menu, you can appoint 2 types of graphs and a slider that can allow users to blend between these two? Otherwise I can imagine that menu be overcluttered by many many degrees of falloffs.
At the end of the day and as an artist, I can’t commit to alot of time making/setting up graphs and I dunno if I would even like that falloff.
