Hi , i noticed thaf suddenly painting a photo is having a round shape (contour) instead of it beeing re tangukar like the photo. Falloff is 1 flat and i have all the settings in that tutorial Add 2D image to 3D mesh
Maybe try posting some screenshots of what you want it to do, what it’s doing, and your settings?
I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m not watching a 9+ minute video and taking a guess at which bus you referring to.

Check scaling of the Alpha, sometimes the square has to be inside the red ring…
or there is a checkbox in the painting menu - use stroke alpha / falloff …
