Extra Move/Grab option that lets you affect everything behind the cursor regardless of distance

Hi, I think it would be majorly helpful if there was an option that could make the move tool function as if it was a cylinder projected from the viewport rather than from a sphere in 3d space. Often times I want to change the silhouette of a sculpt but I wind up having to make a bunch of smaller edits and it winds up coming out lumpy and uneven.

I started working on it a while ago, but it needs more polishing.
