Where are files located on iPad and how can I export to Windows PC?

Open up iOS’s file manager - Files. Click on ‘On My iPad’ - then find Nomad, all its directory & available user files will be in there, then just transfer what you want to your computer with either a connected USB cable or wireless methods.
