Hi, I noticed the elastic tool is available on desktop version but I cannot find it on my android tablet. Does anyone now anything about that? it’s this a custom brush? thanks 
A new tool in upcoming version 2.9 - not jet released
PC - Version is somehow always like a beta version, so its always updated … but not IOS or Android.
So only Beta tester & PC user have access to the new tools
