Dyntopo: Option for: Partial drawing only if Dyntopo is active

Just wonder, if you can provide the option, to only use Partial drawing (see: debug menu) if Dyntopo is enabled? May be even only optional (in Dyntopo menu) if Partial drawing is enabled within debug?

In case of very high details I do not bother for the graphical artifacts.

Dyntopo doesn’t prevent partial draw, but dyntopo is likely the bottleneck so it wouldn’t help much.

Note that partial draw is disabled if wireframe is ON, and the mesh material should be opaque, subsurface or dithering.
