Drag with Dyntopo… regulary ‚endless‘ dragging but now only half side and short ending. Unexpected. I think it is a bug.
Similar effect with the move tool. There’s a bug fix related to dyntopo in the next version release notes, maybe it’s been fixed already 
Continues with this problem as well, just got an update but so far the drag and drop tool still has this issue! I don’t know if this happens on iOS version! I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible since these are widely used tools.
