I wonder if it’s possible to create our start file?
I have a light setup that I like, and I wonder if it’s possible to save my own start file, so I have the same light setup every time I start a new file.

No but you can load a model and directly use « save as… » (then the plus icon to create a new file).
It’s more step but the only way.
