Cannot interact with/move objects after importing .nom file on Desktop version

THE PLATFORM: Windows11
NOMAD APP VERSION: 2.9.21

Issue Description: I created a project on my iPad (lastest vision) and transferred the .nom file to my PC. Upon opening the file in the Desktop version, the model loads correctly and appears in the scene, but I am unable to interact with any of the objects. Specifically:

  • I cannot select objects using the selection tool.

  • I cannot move, rotate, or scale objects using the Gizmo tool (the Gizmo does not react or appear to be “locked”).

  • The scene list shows the objects correctly, but any attempt to manipulate them results in no action.

Steps I’ve already tried:

  1. Checked if the objects were locked in the scene list (they are not).

  2. Tried resetting the coordinates/origin.

  3. Verified the selection filter is set to “All objects.”

  4. Restarted the application and the PC.

It seems like an interaction/input logic issue specific to the Desktop version’s handling of these imported .nom files.

Just one nom file in particular? That’s weird.
Just send the model at support@nomadsculpt.com and I’ll take a look or test on another desktop.

Yes,I already sent that.

Check in your gesture menu: select object.

Allright Thanks!

Did it fix your problem?
(Because i don’t see any particular issue with the file)

The issue has been resolved,Thanks!

just open gesture menu: select object, turn on “mouse”
