Hi I saw this tutorial that explains how to apply a displacement map in nomad masking and then scaling the unmasked areas, but this only works with a sphere because the gizmo location is at the same distance of every vertex. To other kind of geo we need something like “inflat” deformation in zbrush, Is too complicated add this feature to nomad ?
Change the inflate brush to lock+intensity with a flat falloff and large radius, it does what you’re asking.

This video explains the thing with the Inflate Tool.
But as Mestela said, you can play with falloff etc.
