What happened to simple merge?

I’m having trouble finding simple merge when I select objects in the Scene menu - is the “join” command the same thing?

Yes it’s the same thing.

Can you still “undo” the merge later if you need to?

Separate is in the “…” popup menu.

I was literally wondering the same because i was following a tutorial and couldn’t fina “Simple merge” anymore! So ty <3

It was retitled ‘Join’ or you can group objects into a hierarchy
