Turning is slow

All of a sudden turning is real slow. I tried to reset basic settings and restart, starting a new project, but no results. I don’t think it is because of low capacity.
Sculpting is still fast.
What did I do wrong? :cry:

Was experimenting with camera settings and pulled some levers without knowing what they did.
So: under camera > speed > rotation :sweat_smile:
