I’m thinking in buying the license for Nomad Sculpt for my android tablet, but I want to switch in a future to an Ipad Pro to work with. Can I buy the program in android and transfer the license in a near future, when I switch to an Ipad?
Most likely not.
But for the low price and extremely high value, it should be a non-issue to repurchase it.

Not possible, the purchase is linked to your account used in Google Play Store, Apple AppStore or Huawei AppGallery.
