I dont believe Nomad needs to go full animation options, but a short slider bar that allows you to key frame some deforming of your mesh would be cool. And then export animations as a gif. Heck, even if there was a simple bone rigging paint weights to pose your character would be fantastic.

On IOS there is the Morphin app for rigging.
By the way, Morphin took about 2 years of development just for simple animations and rigging and weight paint.
