When the History panel is visible and pinned, remeshing with Quad Remesher almost always crashes Nomad. When remeshing starts, the History panel starts filling up with symbols and tool icons from its bottom left corner; every single time I try to remesh.
Polycount doesn’t seem to matter, and it doesn’t matter how many entries there are in the history tab. If the history tab is not visible or pinned, then remeshing never crashes Nomad. When another tab is visible (e.g. Scene), there is no problem.
