Possible bug with hundreds of obscured fragments of mesh

I noticed that the auto re-mesher was failing or unusually slow. Then I discovered the reason were fragments of meshes hidden inside the mesh or too small to see. This happens quit a lot. I suspect it to be related to Dynamic meshes since I am using them quite frequently recently. Could be wrong.

Edit: Maybe that’s what’s causing the Trim crashes.
Edit: It’s the Quadmesher that’s creating those fragments
