Lost quad remesher

THE PLATFORM: iPad,
NOMAD APP VERSION: 2.5

I had purchased quad remesher a while back but I haven’t used it in a long while. I tried to use it in a project that I am working on and it is telling me to purchase it. The restore purchase button is not doing anything.

Are you connected to internet?
You need to be connected with the same iCloud account, if you use family sharing in-app purchase aren’t shared.

I am online and using the same iCloud account. I am looking at the files that I retopo’d and the last time I used it was about a year ago. I haven’t been using it recently obviously, but I have a good use for it now… unfortunately I can’t access it. I am not using family sharing.

Can you open the AppStore and check your purchase history?

It is there recorded as purchased sept 20 2024.

I’m not sure why you would be the only one to have such issues.
My suggestion is to simply try the buy button to see what happens. Afaik you can’t buy it twice.
What’s your iOS version?

I realized after checking my iCloud account that I haven’t restarted my iPad in ages. I’m not sure why it lost its connection to remesher in the first place, but a full restart brought it back. Thank you for your help.

I wanted to also relay some positive vibes. I am an old 3d guy with a professional background in creature effects. There was no such thing as digital sculpting when I got started in 3d. It was poly modelling using hand painted displacement maps. Displacement maps that were painted in photoshop over UV maps. Then the maps were tediously aligned on your model and adjusted ad Nauseum. Sculpting programs were a game changer. The other day I was sculpting away in Nomad on my couch and thinking, man back in the day this would have been tech beyond my wildest dreams. I am privileged to have access to a great program like this. So great job on creating a fantastic tool like this for 3D artists!

No, you are not the only one with that issue - however I have found a solution - you go to Interface > Reset style, and Quad Remesher is back
