Do you have a consistent way to reproduce the bug?

If you can, do you still reproduce on nomad - WebAssembly?
(only work on Android and desktop Chrome/Firefox)

It happens every time i click the upper topology tab after creating the tubes and before validating them.

Clicking the validate icon in the lower shortcut bar instead doesn’t trigger this.

It also happens in the web demo. Hope that helps
