You can export files and send/transfer them to your new device, yes.
That being said, your purchase of Nomad Sculpt itself may not transfer depending on the device purchased on and device moving to. For example, if you purchased it on Apple’s App Store then you can’t move it to an android device and vice versa.
Even if I bought both of them? iPad version and Android version.
As @RogerRoger said, the files can be transferred between devices, but there’s no cloud synchronization or anything in Nomad so you need to do it manually.
Something worth trying is to move the Nomad main folder (about menu, top left icon) and then select a drive folder.
It kind of work on iPad but I’ve never tried it on Android. From Nomad point of view everything is local.

Manually is ok. I just misunderstood @RogerRoger because of this sentence above. For a moment I thought that they are differente file structure as extension.
