The bug I’m getting is that when I click on restore purchase nothing happens, and trying to click the faq restore purchase doesn’t do anything, I bought it for my samsung galaxy tablet s8+, but some git stole it and now when I try to access the program on my upgrade ( tablet s9+) it doesn’t seem to work and only keeps it to the trial version.
Update: I figured it out, the phone was connecting to multiple accounts and was focusing on the wrong one when checking the license, the moment I managed to get it to the right one it activated straight away. All good. So if your having trouble check your accounts and make sure you main account on your phone is the one that purchased it.
