Mp4 export and movement of the rendering camera

We know that we can render our model in gif format which shows 360° of the model.
But there should be a feature to control the movement of the camera , not just round movement , like dolly shot ( zooming in and zooming out . That would be nice .

A smoothed camera movement from one stored view to another would already be lovely as a cool first step.
