Face Group colours active when using other tools

It would be nice if Face Group colours could be activated when using other tools, especially tools like Drag and Move.

The contrasting colours would make the process of positioning the vertices of a (semi) transparent wireframe mesh over a reference photo much easier.

Activate FG in Shading Menu.

There is also a show FG shortcut for the floating menus or the bottom menu.
