Curve editing stroke tool - curve to tube / curve repeater converter

Would be nice if there was a option in upcoming stroke tool to get a option to convert the curve to a tube & a curve repeater.

So you get a option to let the stroke also follow a curve repeater/tube maybe for things like buttons / seams etc.
