# Unable to import, no error message

So I can’t import anything, even if it’s .obj, .glb, .gltf, etc… im only able to import models that I exported in the app. I often use sketchfab to get some assets, but now I can’t, and I doesnt get any error message. Is it a bug?? I already tried to restart my tablet and uninstall the app, but nothing works.

Nomad version? Is it 1.93?  
Also what is your model device?

It’s 1.90 and my model device Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, I tried to update to 1.93 and the bug still continued.

Hmm but 1.90 is 6 month old, so nothing could have changed.  
1.93 was just released today.

In your case then the issue might not be with Nomad.  
One thing you can do is to check the log (interface menu → logs, then click on the button at the bottom)

If there are no logs, I would need more information

- are the files that you are selecting on a drive?
- Maybe try to move the file locally in that case
