# Symmetry issue with SEL Mask

Hi there,

I am experiencing a strange issue with Sel Mask when using radial symmetry. When applying the mask from the front view to the front side of the default sphere all is well. I see 5 circles. But when I try to apply the mask from the top view, I get this:

Is there any explanation for this?

Use front vertex only in stroke settings.
