Purchase use in 2 devices

I have purchase the APP over the Apple Store. How can I use the same license in the desktop? Is says also the APP can be used in 2 devices and I will love to work on the iPad and on my Windows laptop.

I tried Customer Portal | Hexanomad | Polar but this does NOT sending me any code to my eMail.

I look forward for any support on the topic.

IMG_2794 looks new for me. I did NOT have this before.
I realize after clicking everywhere that PC still separated from iPad.

But you need to be clear more what cross platforms means.
PC vs Tablet or Cellphones.
That is a clear way to explain what you call it cross platforms.
Desktop (PC)
Tablet or Cellphones.

Platform is basically the OS.
Windows/macos vs Android vs iOS.

You can technically use windows on tablet (e.g: surface tablet).
