# Multiresolution crash

Hello !

When i try to increase the level of multiresolution of my work the software crash…like every time… I don’t know if it can be fixed ?

On which device?

My guess is you are running out of memory.

I have the smallest size of the 2016 IPad Pro.

When i click « ok » the app just crash every time.

The answer is in the image:

Free Ram: 900 Mb  
Used Ram: 354 Mb

A subdivision level multiply by 4 the number of faces and vertices so obviously you don’t have enough memory available.

Something that can help is closing all other apps, but you should probably try to keep a lower polycount.
