Based on a 2d concept by Shafi Ahi, the sculpt, paint, blendshapes are done in Nomad. Looks like this on the Nomad side: Exported the whole thing as a glb to blender. Did a very simple skeleton so I could rotate the head, and used [FreebirdXR](https://freebirdxr.com/) (and another script from the same guy) to animate the characters by puppeteering in VR, then tweak a bit and export the animation. Early days, but really fun! ---
