I want to show a test print for a range of miniatures at 6mm, 10mm and 25mm. All sculpted in Nomad. The results are so good from my humble perspective and Nomad is the perfect companion. Amazing! When I was interested in 3D printing only very expensive machines were able to produce this quality. It really became affordable and the details are fantastic. Good job! ---

A new little project for a friend. Frikiman is the character of their shop and is designed by itself. He asked me if we can convert the big figure to a 3d to create the Frikiman miniature to tabletop games. Getting to a 3D printed object happens in 3 steps. A **SCULPTING** (Nomad, ZBrush) or **CAD** (Fusion, SolidWorks, Rhino3D) program exports target model to a ubiquitous mesh file like STL or OBJ. For RESIN Printing, the mesh file is brought into a **slicer** program for prep. ChituBox, Lychee, PrusaSlicer, PreForm are examples. Some serving a wide range of machines, some are proprietary. The purpose of THIS stage is to generate (often required) supports followed by creating SLICED images of the object. ChituBox for example, will bundle these images into a .CBDDLP file required by Elegoo machines or a .PWMO required by Anycubic machines. The sliced file is finally fed into its respective resin machine where each sliced image is printed as a stacked layer to create the physical object. Hi all I am becoming crazy because I create some character with nomad sculpt but once I send the .stl to Chitubox itā€™s a mess! Can you please help me? Voxel/remesh/ subdivideā€¦ help and thankyou ---

You should export the STL to chitubox and prepare the supports to print. The STL should be non-manifold (check the option in Nomad) and apply a join or remesh, the point is that your model needs be only one object. Before export as STL join all the parts. ---

Tnx! And Yes i create the support and the hole but as i am experiment Nomad sculpt i have a strange issue in quality once i finish the nomad sculpt after remesh/voxel ecc ecc thatā€™s not clear this final process. Only one subject but my came out ugly after remesh ecc ecc just to create only one piece! GRAZIE MILLE ---

Show an image of the printed result to understand better what happens. Check the layers minutes according to your resin. Each resing has use parameters. Check if the room temperature is too cold or too hot. ---

Increase the voxel resolution then. But itā€™s hard to give you advice if we donā€™t see the model. The quick and lazy way could be : - join everything into a single object - voxel remesh with high resolution (to ensure you donā€™t lose quality) - decimate (if the slicer doesnā€™t accept big file) Note that you donā€™t need to use voxel remesh if your mesh is already manifold. If there is no ā€œholeā€ in your model, or wild inverted faces, it should be fine. ---
