It would be very interesting to have a background canvas where you could directly draw 2D ideas with a basic brush and eraser. It would give you the opportunity to capture direct ideas about what you’re modeling.

I actually already do this by adding a plane with dynamic topology off to the side of whatever I’m concepting.
That is a good idea, That is a good idea, I had not realized. Still it would be cool to have a 2D canvas, something simple but functional
